Free tracked shipping

Tracked shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, for a total of 4–8 business days from order to delivery. During peak periods, such as holidays and promotions, processing may take a little longer.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Some carriers can take up to 48 hours to show the first update.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, delays can happen due to the carrier, weather, holidays or other events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, email us at info@boost-man.com and we'll take care of it right away.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your package is lost, shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@boost-man.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if the package can't be found, we'll send you a new product or refund you.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away: we can change the address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always do our best to help.
